Corporation d’habitation de Val-d’Or

Corporation Habitation Val-d’Or completes construction of five (5) homes to complete the rue Sévigny project. Since then, this project has progressed well into 2022-2023, with the sale of several homes and another 3 turnkey projects completed in the spring of 2023. These residences are now on the Vallée-de-l’Or real estate market.

Only 2 lots remain available for turnkey projects on this new street in Val-d’Or.

In 2023-2024, CHVD plans to start building new housing in the area of rue Leboeuf and rue Lainesse. This new development will offer single-family and semi-detached homes.
