Sales policies

The price of the lot(s) includes public infrastructures, certificates of authorization and subdivision fees.

The costs of surveying, cadastre, deforestation, localization, connection to public services are at the buyer’s expense.

Professional fees for environmental verifications, bearing capacity studies and drainage are at the purchaser’s expense.

It is the buyer’s responsibility to validate with the municipal and other authorities the conformity of his project with the regulations in force.

The legal acts of sale are at the expense of the purchaser.

All permits necessary for the realization of a project are at the expense of the buyer.

Sales are preceded by written offers to sell or purchase and by the issuance of resolutions by the Board of Directors. Reservation of land is made by deposit, as set forth in the seller’s offer to sell.
